Image
Rock / Kyaikhtiyo. Myanmar offers a variety of uniqueness in the surrounding area. One interesting tourist destination that can be visited on the outskirts of Yangon is a tourist spot called The Golden Rock / Kyaiktiyo. The location is 220 Km from the city of Yangon. If you want to come to it, we can use a bus or train by stopping in the Bago area which also saves a million charms through several pagodas that are built there. This Golden Rock tourist attraction is in the Kyaiktiyo mountains. Therefore the area is also known as Kyaiktiyo Pagoda. The name Kyaiktiyo or Kyaikhtiyo itself means 'Pagoda above the head of the ascetic'. Even though it took approximately 5 hours to get there, the panorama of the natural beauty possessed by the Kyaiktiyo mountains will immediately erase the fatigue on the journey. Before there was a cable car, to reach the Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda, we had to use a truck from the truck terminal, the Kimpun area. In the Kimpun we can eating out first, look for so

My Trip for Travelling to Oman as a Woman at Public Beaches in Muscat

Image
Jewel of Arabia Oman My first time to the Middle East was to Oman. The people are friendly and kind. Greet and smile their characteristics. For the current months, Oman is still comfortable for its outdoor activities. Because it's still winter. But if it enters summer, the weather in Oman is very extreme, it can be up to 52 degrees. I think for the first time, this country is not much different from the UAE (United Arab Emirates). But I was wrong. During my stay here, I did not find skyscrapers. Many of the buildings are still original. Like Fort. Life here is very peaceful. Nature tourism is very extraordinary. If one year ago, a visa for Indonesia could be used VOA (visa on arrival) with 20 RO 1 month. But now, a visa to Oman uses an online visa system. Local residents are also happy with outdoor. For traveling around the city alone, if you visit here, you can use a bus that is always there every 15 minutes. 200 baiza per person. It is not difficult to find a bus base, especiall

My Vacation Experience from Selcuk (Izmir) to Alacati, Turkey by Bus

Image
Hi ... I would like to share my experience when I traveled to Alacati-Turkey last year. Actually there are many interesting destinations in Turkey, but those that are commonly visited by people are still around Istanbul, Cappadocia, Ankara. Because I accidentally found a picture on Pinterest, finally my husband and I decided to go to Alacati, a Mediterranean city on the West Coast of Turkey, which is famous for its distinctive city architecture. The town is small and traditional with stone houses, narrow streets, boutique hotels and restaurants with tables lined the roadside. ==>> Our starting point is from Selcuk. From Selcuk bus station take the Pamukkale bus to the city of Izmir for approximately 1 hour by TYL12 fee / person (pay by cash) ==>> After arriving at Izmir Otogar (bus terminal), we continued on a shuttle bus (still the bus owned by Pamukkale group) towards Swissotel Izmir (free). From the Swissotel on foot while looking at the Aegean sea which is enlivened by

Cheap Transportation Card: Osaka Amazing, Tokyo Subway, Kyoto Bus Pass

Image
With this card, transportation in Japan looks cheap. Alhamdulillah, I finished traveling alone in 3 cities in Japan : Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo. Well, I want to share a few tips so that transportation in Japan looks cheap. To make it easier, I share for each city. First, Kyoto: Kyoto Bus Pass For 1 day travelling around Kyoto, I bought a Kyoto Bus Pass for 1 day for 500 yen. When compared to buying a train ticket JR point to point that the price of one ride is around 120 yen -260  yen, obviously Kyoto Bus Pass is cheaper. And even more pleasant, many tourist area in Kyoto are passed by buses. This Kyoto Bus Pass can be purchased at the Tourist Information Center. Second, Tokyo: Tokyo Subway Pass Available for 24 hours, 36 hours, 72 hours. The price is ¥800 yen, ¥1200 yen, ¥1500 yen. The clock will be counted when the card is first used. For example, it will be used at 12 noon, so if you buy a 24-hour day pass, you can use it until 12 noon the next day. It's better than calculated per

Zurich Switzerland or Austria to Vaduz Liechtenstein by Train & Bus

Image
Finally arrived in Liechtenstein, the 44th country I visited since I started traveling abroad. This is one of the different countries in the world. This time just want to discuss how to get there. As a landlock country that is surrounded by Switzerland and Austria, Liechstenstein can only be accessed by land via both countries. Because yesterday was in Zurich, so I went to Liechtenstein via Switzerland. How to get to Liechtenstein, we can first take the train from Zurich to Sargans. The ticket is 33 francs for one way. After reaching Sargans, the trip to Liechtenstein is continued using bus number 11 or 12 directions Feldkirch. From Austria, we can take the train first to the city of Feldkirch. From there, proceed with the same number 11 or 12 but towards Sargans. Until Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, it would cost 8 francs in one go. Where did you go down? At the Vaduz Post, just look at the screen on the bus when it's near the Vaduz Post to get ready to go down. Because ther

Bang Luang & Ton Son Mosques near Wat Arun, Wat Pho & Grand Palace Bangkok

Image
Ton son Mosque For those who want to go to Bangkok and are Muslim, if they are visiting the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun can also visit the Ton son Mosque, the mosque is not far from Wat Arun, around 200m, walking for about 10 minutes. I accidentally went to Wat Arun from morning, take a photo, then to The Ton son Mosque, this is at the same time the midnight prayer and a short break. The mosque is large, the toilet is clean and here drinking water is provided, cold too, can refill drinking bottles. Outside the mosque there is a kind of food seller and InsyaAllah halal. O yeah... for those of you who want to pray at The Tonson Mosque, don't worry if you don't bring a sarong, there is a sarong with a cap.  The mosque is cool because it uses air conditioning. Tonson Mosque, the front of the mosque is like this, oh yes the mosque is located in a residential area, so make sure you use google maps. The interior of the mosque, this is a prayer place for women  This is a prayer
