For those who are looking for halal food in Phnom Penh, there is "Warung Bali", its location is close to Royal Palace, the seller comes from Karawang Indonesia and has been 23 years in Cambodia.

"Warung bali" I recommend for you and the food no doubt.The "Plecing Kangkung" is very delicious, and the Lemon Tea Ice is the best I did not even find in Indonesia.

The price is cheap, 10 USD for foursome, very full. During meal here, I always get promo.

Here I met Pak Firdaus & Mr. Asmi, did he have a food stall? I do not know. What is clear, here we get a lot of information about Phnom Penh. Mr. Firdaus... he's a humble man and shows a great care for us travellers.

Pak Firdaus is a former chef at phnom penh embassy .. I eat at "warung bali" when I went to phnom penh and prayer idul fitri also with him at the embassy during Lebaran last year ... There are 2 Indonesian restaurant which is very famous in phnom penh : warung bali and the other belongs to Anastasia Shanty Handayani
